使い方と、ご連絡の前に確認したいこと。
Windowsは「その他のオプションを確認」→「読み順で表示」。MacはFinderの「クイックアクション」または「サービス」→「読み順で表示」を選びます。ファイルを選んだ場合は、その親フォルダを表示し、対象のファイルを選択します。
読み欄をダブルクリックするか、対象を選んで「読みを直す」。使いたい読みを入力して保存します。原ファイル名は変わりません。画面の表示言語は日本語・英語、並べ替え方式は別の設定です。
OSとバージョン、YomiOrderのバージョン、行った操作、表示されたメッセージをお知らせください。個人名・フォルダのパス・機密資料は必要な箇所を伏せ、パスワードやライセンスの秘密値は送らないでください。

How to use the app, and what to include when contacting support.
On Windows, use Show more options → Sort by reading. On Mac, choose Finder's Quick Actions or Services → Sort by reading. Selecting a file opens its parent folder and selects that file.
Double-click the reading, or select an item and choose Edit reading. Enter the intended reading and save. The original file name is unchanged. Interface language (Japanese or English) and sorting profile are separate settings.
Include your OS version, app version, steps and visible error message. Redact personal names, private paths and confidential material. Do not send passwords or secret license values.
